For over 25 years, Jamieson has been working in the Hawaiian food service industry. The range of his experience is vast – from warehousing and driving/delivery roles to installing equipment. Throughout the years, he has also served as a dealer salesperson and factory representative. His knowledge, experience and wide variety of skills has led him to thrive in this industry - especially when it comes to serving schools, and the large resort properties that make Hawaii so special. Being able to see the "big picture" from all those different angles helps understand how many people are involved and how to overcome any difficulties in order to make the end user a very satisfied customer.
Hawaii is a unique place when it comes to building business relationships. There are so many nationalities and customs that come together to work in this paradise, they even have a phrase for it – "Aloha Spirit". Your initial sales call becomes your customer and over time, that customer becomes your friend, and sometimes that friend ends up being a part of your family. Hawaii has an exceptional atmosphere that Jamieson thrives in.
Jamieson's wife Lori, son Ryan and daughter Chelsea make up the rest of the "ohana" (family). Jamieson enjoys golfing, surfing, stand up paddling and hunting in his spare time.
Travis joined our outside sales force as the resident chef, having graduated cum laude from the Western Culinary Institute and practicing for years in a Four Star, Four-Diamond luxury property in the Seattle area. Travis began his foodservice sales career as a Western Regional Representative with a prominent Combi-Oven manufacturer. However, he soon found representing not one, but a strong compliment of equipment and supply manufacturers, to be far more exciting and rewarding. He also picked up on the many ways properties in different markets attack the same problem so he can provide you, the customer, the best and most innovative solutions. Travis believes the ultimate goal is to never stop learning and enjoys offering lectures to industry groups on topics such as food safety and energy saving practices.
Travis and his wife Kathryn enjoy spending most free weekends in the San Juan Islands with their two sons, Jack, and Benjamin, and experiencing the many things the Northwest has to offer.
